KK series Hiwin linear axis offer the best performance of stiffness and accuracy compared to other Hiwin axis. They are a modular product, that is a single-axis system combining high accuracy and stiffness of linear guideways and ballscrews in a single solution. Indeed, this positioning system consists of a rail with a block within which the nut moves alongside a ballscrew. The main U-shaped steel profile provides the axis with higher structural accuracy and rigidity, therefore reducing limitations in installation and load in all directions.
KK series can be equipped with a complete line of accessories. For example, this model can support any brand of servomotor. Moreover, an adaptor flange can be integrated to install different types of motor. Also, aluminum covers and bellows are available for protection against external agents. Finally, the wide range of optional accessories includes limit switches, sensors and connections as well.
