HM series Hiwin linear axis are compact positioning systems with a steel linear guideway and an aluminum profile. Two different versions are included: toothed belt linear axis and ballscrew linear axis.
HM-B series Hiwin linear axis result from the combination of linear guideway, aluminum profile and toothed belt. Each component contributes to the quality of these compact systems. Indeed, the linear guideway offer high load capacity and long service life, the aluminum profile is lightweight but strong and the toothed belt feature modern high-performance profiles. In addition, stable and precise fastening of loads on blocks and easy lubrication always ensure the excellent functioning of toothed belt linear axis.
Moreover, the standard version can be customized. Stoke length can be set to the millimeter. Also, a wide range of options is available including a steel cover strip or additional blocks in different sizes according to load. These advantages determine the flexible use of toothed belt linear axis which perfectly fit for requirements of many applications. In particular, they are suitable for all applications requiring high dynamic responses and high speeds. Also, HM-B linear axis allow for long strokes.
