EG series Hiwin recirculating ball guideways with four rows arranged at a contact angle of 45 degrees have the same qualities of HG series linear guideways. They feature good load capacity in all four directions, low friction and high efficiency thanks to the circular-arc contact between balls and raceway. Moreover, retainers are designed to hold the balls in the block when it’s removed from the rail.
EG series recirculating ball guideways stand out for low height design which is ideal for applications where space is limited. This special design still maintains high load capacity, but it ensures rigidity and compactness as well. Finally, it helps self-aligning capability to absorb installation errors and get higher accuracy levels.
