Monguzzi srl is a modern and dynamic company which has been dealing with the sale of industrial transmission for over 15 years. We only rely on the best brands on the market in order to guarantee customers the highest quality and reliability of products. Indeed, our company is official distributor of Hiwin, Bea and Regina Chain.
However, we don’t simply provide a product, but a complete and accurate service. That’s why we are a single supplier of reference for our customers. We rely on a sales and technical staff with a gained experience in the field and in customer support. We take care of our customers following them from the first contact to end delivery of the product, indeed. To this end, we can offer both standard and non-standard solutions, including drawing-based and treated products. As proof of the quality of our company, this complete service is provided and guaranteed in a shorter time than the producer itself.

Our story
timeline
Foundation
Monguzzi srl was founded on 1st January 2003 by the current CEO Silvano Monguzzi. The company was converted from an old laboratory with just 150 sq.m. of offices and warehouse and started its business as supplier of bearings of primary brands and sub-brands for any application.
bea ingranaggi official distributor
Bea Ingranaggi, leading manufacturer and supplier of components for mechanical transmission, immediately decides to trust and rely on the company for the supply of products in its own local market. In 2004, Monguzzi srl becomes official distributor of the brand, starting an important partnership for the growth of the company.
Transfer to new headquarters
Partnerships with Regina Chain and other important suppliers expanded the range of products and increased the number of customers exponentially. So, in 2008, the company had to move to another facility: the current headquarters in Via Delle Industrie 34 in Biassono (MB) boasts over 1000 sq.m. of offices and warehouse.

In 2012, the range of components for chain transmission is expanded with the prestigious brand Regina Chain. Monguzzi srl gets the official distribution of the world-famous brand for design, production and sale of high-performance chains for transport and power transmission.
Hiwin official distributor
In 2013, the global leader brand in industrial transmission Hiwin arrived in Italy. Shortly after, Monguzzi srl partnered with this prestigious brand becoming Hiwin official distributor.
New cutting machine
The new partnership with Hiwin allowed the company to expand its service. In 2015, a new state-of-the-art cutting machine with two different lines made possible to supply cut to size products too.
Infrastructure expansion
In 2018, the company invested in the expansion of infrastructures to keep up with the times, new technologies and development of industry 4.0. A new management system improved internal organization and customer management. An automated vertical storage made picking and storage of goods easier and more rapid.
Corporate image overhaul
The turning point in corporate image occurred in 2020: restyling of the company logo, brochure and website to provide a new and complete digital experience; creation of a company profile on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram; restoration of facility’s façade and expansion of offices (+150 sq. m.).
First fair exposition
The continuous growth contributed to improve and reinforce the company. For the first time, Monguzzi srl exposed to the fair of Fornitore Offresi at Lariofiere in 2020, showing its commitment and professionalism.
Two new automated vertical storages
After the first warehouse expansion in 2018, the company invested in two new automated vertical storages in 2021. The new storages have more than 60 drawers, therefore they guarantee an easier and more rapid picking and storage of goods and a more efficient service for customers.
New staff hiring
Monguzzi srl decided to expand its sales team to support the continuous corporate development and growth. The company hired new young employees who collaborate with sales and purchase departments, warehouse and logistics personnel.
New automated cutting line
In 2022, a new Casalin automated cutting line was set up in the warehouse to perform cutting, grinding and joining operations for guideways and bars of any size. The line with automatic load and unload is designed to improve production time and optimize operator’s work. The installation of the new automated line allows to provide high-quality custom-made products with the highest precision and the least waste.
Twentieth anniversary
On 1st January 2023, Monguzzi srl celebrates 20 years of activity. A year of events and initiatives, starting with the realization of a special version of the company logo, to value this achieved goal through effort and passion. Despite this strong experience, Monguzzi srl remains a young and dynamic company with a still long growth prospect.

At the beginning, the company evolved from the strong Italian light mechanical engineering industry. Now, its offer fits for the different needs of customers from all over the world thanks to the continuous research and flexibility.
